It's difficult for the Australian squad to achieve unprecedented feats.

The greatest achievements have long been mastered.

This is the squad that has claimed seven Cricket World Cups, plus another six T20 titles, and once went 1,294 days unbeaten in 50-over cricket.

The secondary achievements, the ones sought by the achievement hunters, are the only things left for a side that has achieved everything.

That it took up to Sunday's victory by three wickets over India for them to accomplish their maiden ODI chase above 300, taking back their record for the biggest in the female 50-over format, is, in truth, a compliment to the bowling attack that have worn canary yellow over five decades.

"An opportunity to play and lock in a contest with her and merely enjoy the moment in that regard, sort of got me going," said Healy.

She achieved fifty in 35 balls - her swiftest at the World Cup - and her ton in 84 as she attacked short-pitched balls, hitting 21 fours and three big hits.

By the time she was dismissed the team needed 66 more at a run-a-ball - an achievable target now needing a comfortable finish.

"Pursuing 330 is unfamiliar ground so I'm pleased we have the confidence to achieve that now," added Healy.

"Preferably we shouldn't have to repeat it but, if we do, we believe we can do it."

That comment will be the ultimate thing Australia's opponents at this tournament should hear.

In recent days a sense they will triumph from any situation has become more firm - this victory following victory over Pakistan by 107 run margin despite being 76-7 at a certain moment.

Following this Australia face Bangladesh before a match against traditional opponents England in Indore in ten days, by which point a semi-final place may likely be confirmed.
